Derek passed away peacefully at the Horton Hospital, Banbury on 19th December 2017, aged 71 years.
Derek has spent many years living in Thailand.
Derek's funeral service is at Oxford Crematorium on Friday 12th January 2018 at 3pm
Donations will support the Horton Hospital in Banbury.
